For superior versatility, the Pacific Handy Cutter S8 blue ambidextrous cutter is a must-have tool in the warehouse, receiving dock area, or other back-of-house space. Not only does it include a metal tape splitter, it features a retractable safety point blade and a dual-fixed steel guard. The safety point blade extends to 3 locking positions, the longest being 5/8". Each position is ideal for different applications, from top and shallow tray cuts to deep cuts through thick material. The metal guard provides constant protection from the blade while acting as a guide for the perfect cuts every time. Because it's steel, the guard won't flex, bend, or snap like other cutter guards. This one provides truly reliable safety.
The blade of this cutter tool is angled just right to prevent it from slicing into the contents of boxes and other packages. It's also easy to replace, so you can be confident that each cut is smooth and safe. No tools are required for this replacement process, and the cutter itself holds up to 5 spare blades (sold separately) for optimal convenience.
