Simpson Strong-Tie MASAZ ZMax® anchors are a labor saving solution to 1/2" and 5/8" standard anchor bolts for 2x, double-2x and 3x mudsills. The MASAZ is not only quick to install they also eliminate the added cost of installing a bearing plate on the anchor bolt. This MASAZ version is used for installation on standards forms.
- Attaches easily to the concrete form for quick installation
- Lays flat on the form board so there is no anchor bolt to finish around
- No labor costs involved in drilling plates and aligning holes
- Flat design eliminates chances of modification in prefabricated walls
